Job SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Job RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
5. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
6. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
7. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, and office keys.
8. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
9. Support staff in assigned project based work.
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (Is a must)
Computer Skills:
- Very good user of Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
1. Professional verbal and written communication skills
2. Must possess strong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
3. Well-organized person with proven ability to develop problem
4. Ability to work individually or within a team.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Positive, Helpful and Hard worker.
