The following positions are urgently required for a company located in Cairo, Egypt:
Executive Secretary
• Bachelor’s degree (GUC/AUC)
• max 5 years overall experience
• Experience in manual and computerized filing
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken )
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
• Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management

Web EditorAccurately write down website material for several websites. Periodically review content and update obsolete material.
Responsibilities:
• Writing down new content while editing existing content
• Maintain consistent content flow with appropriate website users
• Periodic review of website content
• Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
• Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel.
• Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
• Assist in laying out material for publication.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in relevant field
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Fluency in written Arabic and English
• Excellent research skills
• Creativity, curiosity and an expanding breadth of knowledge are essential attributes to technical writers.
Social Media and Alumni CoordinatorMain Tasks:
• Developing campaigns that incorporate social media techniques to generate visibility for our clients and prospects.
• Launching and managing social media presence on MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, Bebo and other relevant Web 2.0 sites.
• Outreaching and engaging target audiences through various social mediums to create online conversations and communities about client brands and services.
• Tracking and monitoring the success of online initiatives ( i.e. impressions, reach and influence), and providing reports for the management and clients.
• Assisting our Integrated Marketing Department in creating and implementing social media campaigns to promote company activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors/Graduate degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications
• Interactive, Web and Public Relations skills.
• Knowledge of online technology with particular interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki’s, mobile and other emerging trends.
• Management of a professional blog for an organization and/or business.
• Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills.
• Passion for new media that will be infectious among colleagues, clients and prospects.
