10-15 years of experience in conducting soft skills trainings
Qualifications: -
1. fluent in English
2. Excellent presentation skills
3. Account management skills and leading trainers towards clients goals
4. Continuously monitoring and enhancing the quality of the training materials
5. A strong commitment and good leadership
6. Act as an agent change
7. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
8. A genuine sensitivity to the needs of the participants
9. A professional attitude and manner that reflects the high standards of the program
he is presenting
10. Prepare professional offers and proposals to new clients.
11. Present to key clients the quality of Strategic and pursue clients to close training deals.
